Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information (if applicable).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are a flat rate.
We offer several shipping options based on your location and delivery needs:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Local Pickup (if available): Free – We’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume seasons.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the contiguous U.S..
International shipping is currently not available
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and items so we can assist you.
Preorders
Preorder items will ship as soon as they are released and available in stock.
If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order may ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
